Hi,
I could very much use the ability to log that a subscriber has in fact checked the TOS box for compliance purposes. Is there a way to have this information recorded in the user's profile information? Your help is appreciated.

I would think best practice would be that they can not sign up unless they checked it. The TOS checkbox would be a required field. Then you would not need a list, it would be everyone.

Can I clarify first of all if you are using our ToS plugin? You've selected the default theme plugin when starting your topic which makes me ask...

Yes, I am referring to the ToS plugin. Sorry. I have it installed. It would be nice to have a way to time/date stamp their acceptance.
