I try to translate marketpress to my local language, I edit some teks in marketpress.php , in backend everything change as it must, but in front end (order box which contains Full Name, Address, Country, ect form), it all still in English. How can I change it ?, Thanks again!

Hiya Denny,
Are you using the included .po file that comes included with the plugin:
marketpress/marketpress-includes/languages/mp-default.po

You shouldn't edit raw files, updates are coming out every few weeks and they will get overwritten. It will save you a lot of time to learn how to translate plugins properly:
