Hi all :)
I've written a tutorial that will walk you through the steps you need to follow to set up the domain mapping plugin and map a domain.
http://wpmu.org/how-to-map-domains-with-the-wpmu-dev-domain-mapping-plugin/
Enjoy!
just read the tutorial, it is very useful especially for my clients that are creating there own multisites :)
@Siobhan,
Fantastic tutorial. It was a great read especially since I've moved over to multisite and will be going the domain mapping route with my other sites.
Cheers, Jonathan
Awesome ! Thank you !
Andrew
I think it is better to use CNAME and not IP address : Wordpress super-administrators can change, if necessary, IP address in their DNS without break blogs access.
popopopo.com -> (CNAME) -> blog.tititititit.com -> (A) -> IP
Good one,step by step :)
New here. Great detailed overview!!
