It seems there are two videos missing from the Dashboard menu. They are "Editing Links" and "Excerpts." The videos appear in the shortcodes list, as well as the list under Hide Videos.
I do not have any videos hidden and have never hidden any. This is on a fresh WordPress 3.3.1 installation with only one other plugin activated—WPMU DEV Update Notifications. Latest version of WPMU DEV Videos installed.

I've confirmed those two videos are not there, but show in the settings page. I'll ping the developer on this.

Fixed in 1.0.4:
- Fix missing "Excerpts" video
- Remove duplicate "Editing Links" video
