Brand new WP 3.2.1 & BP 1.5 site. For some reason I can't upload group avatars in IE or FF. I upload and crop the image before getting "The new group avatar was uploaded successfully!" yet the image doesn't appear. Am I missing something?
Any responses appreciated.

Hi nusolutions,
Just to check, you don't have the Avatars plugin active, correct? It got tagged because of the 'avatar' keyword but I imagine it might possibly cause conflicts on a BuddyPress site as it's not compatible.
That said, I just ran through a couple test runs of the group avatar uploads in Chrome and Firefox and couldn't seem to find any issues there.
Are you able to upload member avatars without any issues?
Do you maybe have a plugin that's causing some issues with Group avatars?
Do you have any caching plugins or is your browser caching the images?
If you could provide a link, we may be able to spot something.

User registration isn't enabled and so I'm trying to upload the images with a site admin account.
I don't have the Avatars plugin installed and I honestly hadn't thought to disable other plugins so my apologies for that. I disabled the W3 Total Cache plugin but it didn't help.
Looks like it may be an issue with some php options not being enabled on the GoDaddy VDS. I'll check with theme to confirm so this issue can be considered closed.

Hi nusolutions,
WordPress and BuddyPress were both just updated. Could you maybe give those updates a try to see if that sorts this group avatar issue?
Other than that I really can't imagine what would cause an issue with just the group avatars, especially if regular user avatars are working fine.

Hiya nusolutions,
Just checking back on this, did those php options sort it? Hoping so, but just let us know and we'll have a look.
Thanks,

This turned out to be an issue with some PHP options that needed to enabled on my virtual web server. All is well now.
Thanks
