Will this plugin allow my users to login directly to their respective dashboards without reaching this error message:
"You attempted to access the (main site) dashboard, but you do not currently have privileges on this site. If you believe you should be able to access the (main site( dashboard, please contact your network administrator. If you reached this screen by accident and meant to visit one of your own sites, here are some shortcuts to help you find your way." ?

Hiya!
Yep, they'll be able to login at theirdomain.com/wp-login.php or theirdomain.com/wp-admin and they'll be taken straight to their own dashboard!

I was asking if my users could login through the main site and still be connected to their dashboard. Is this possible?

No, if they login through the main site they will be taken to the main site dashboard.
Basically, which ever site you log into - that's the dashboard you are taken to.
