Specifically, let's make sure you've created a new folder wp-content>avatars and that it's permissions are set to "777". Then we also want to make sure you've got things correct in your .htaccess file.
If you have any questions on these steps, feel free to ask! Thanks and again welcome! :D

Glad you got it working.
Not sure how Andrew feels about this but I know I feel uncomfortable with folks removing post content when their problem is solved. We encourage folks to search the forums to find their answers and finding a blank post is kind of annoying.
I'm more than willing to delete a thread though. Do that a couple of times a day. Just post that you would like to have a thread deleted and someone will get to it fairly quickly. Either that or post on the Members only side.
sorri, I was not expecting u would respond so quick! and as soon as I posted and I figured out immidiatly so, I though to delete my post so that not give u extra works! sorri, ~
so, can i backup the problem?
I had an error on dp when I uploaded avatar, now is solved by creating two folds ( blog and user) in the Avatart fold.
thx dimike and masonjames helped thx

Did you create the avatar directory as well as the two directories underneath that as stated in the install instructions?
Check from step 5 on down please:

Hiya and welcome to WPMU DEV!
Looks like a few steps might have been skipped during the install. Can you make sure you've done each step as written here:
