I have been doing some testing with this plugin and in doing so I have added and removed some users from the site from the network admin panel. Now when I go to the Subscription plans tab it still shows 22 users even though I only have 1 super admin user left on the site?

Yes, I deleted them from the network user panel. I just created a new subscription plan, added a new user and tried to drop or move the user and neither work? Something weird is going on?
I was actually able to drop a subscription plan now. User error, but I am still unable to delete the subscription plan that has the 22 user count that actually has no users?
Also some more info for you that I don't think I mentioned yet. I am unable to drop or move Subscription levels / Membership Level from the All Members tab / Edit Members menu?
I ran the check and repair membership add on, but it came back with all ok's. I also checked the php error log on the server and stated the script tried to increase the memory_limit to 268435456. We then increased it to 512MB. I am now able to drop membership levels, but not sure how to clear the members from the subscription plan that I want to delete?
I think you are on to something. Just tried a scheduled post which I have never had to do before, and it says that the schedule was missed? I'll let you know when I figure it out the WP-Cron problem if the plugin then updates the user count!

Hey Tim.
Barry is currently working flat out on a new update to the Membership plugin. I'm not yet sure when the next release will be, but it will hopefully not be long. :-)

Greetings Tim Starr,
Just a quick update to let you know we are getting closer to the release as we have worked out some bugs in the beta now and things are moving along. However, we do not have an ETA yet of the release but our developer is working feverishly to get there.

Also, if it helps. I am unable to delete the subscription plan that is showing the wrong user count.

Hiya!
Have you deleted the users from the network user panel as well?
I believe that the counts will only update every so often and are not instant so you may just need to wait a while.
Thanks,
Phil

Can you provide screenshots of the relevant user panels please?

Sorry, wouldn't take .tiff screenshot.

Here is the message I get when I try to toggle activation.
Sales & Support Pro — 4th January 2012 (4 months ago) #
Yep, that count is updated at intervals I believe so you'll need to leave it about 24 hours.
Member — 4th January 2012 (4 months ago) #
Ok, how do I delete that plan though? It is not allowing me to delete it?
Sales & Support Pro — 5th January 2012 (4 months ago) #
That's because there are people on that plan. Is the count of 22 still showing now?
Member — 5th January 2012 (4 months ago) #
Yup, I check back later today...

Hmm okay, that is strange. Let me check with other folks here as I'm struggling to think of anything other reason why that might be sticking...
Thanks

You may have already been asked, but can you activate the repair and verify add-on and run the verify and let me know the results?
Also, can you try dropping a subscription from a user and then have a look in your systems php error log and see if there are any recent errors?

I left it alone this weekend hoping that the old subscription level would update the member user count, but no such luck...

If I remember correctly this will update based on WP-Cron running to update the counts.
Will have to let Barry clarify that but in the meantime, are other cron tasks (such as scheduled posts) working okay?
Thanks

Here is a screenshot of what's in cron, I don't see anything for the membership plugin, do you?
Developer — 10th January 2012 (4 months ago) #
No, don't see the standard WP user count updates either - let me chuck together an update script to see if it will reset things and go from there.
Member — 17th January 2012 (4 months ago) #
Any progress on that update script Barry?
Thanks,
Tim
