I am using WordPress Multisite 3.2.1 on 12 servers. I successfully installed and used this plugin on one server, but it doesn't seem to be working on another. I'm not sure what details to offer other than there are no differences between the servers, but there is a difference of themes (I installed & used successfully in the Agentpress theme, but in the Enterprise Town Site Child Theme 1.0 by StudioPress theme, it only adds the user to the 1 site, instead of the 30 sites I need to add to. Any trouble shooting ideas would be appreciated. --Terri

The plugin is actually designed that way, to allow sub-site admins to add users to their specific sub-sites. There are plugins like Batch Create, more geared toward adding users to multiple/all sites. http://premium.wpmudev.org/project/batch-create

However, you may be able to just use the Multisite User Management plugin for this:

I'm venturing to guess you may have that plugin on your one network and not the other. Perhaps that'll do the trick for ya?
