Hello,
The process of new users registration is working fine.
However, when accessing the front and back-end as an user is all messed-up.
The site and the administration does not display correctly. it looks like there are no CSS.

Could you check your wp-config and htaccess files to make sure they have the changes reflected in your Network Admin page under Settings > Network Setup ?

Hi, Guys
I had a last minute request from a dear client, so I had not the time
to get back on that. But, please hold just a little, that I can see if I can solve the problem.
Thanks a lot for your great support!
Hi, I finally could get back on the problem and I have done what you guys suggested.
I have checked the wp-config and htaccess files, but I can't tell you if all its good.
Also I run over the WPMU Installation Manual, twice, and that, I'm sure I did exactly as they say.
Everything works as expected, except the sites that are created or in the front or backend. http://www.karthaz.com/pascal/
Please, what wells can I try to solve the issue?
This has happened to me a few times in the past. Try reactivating the theme for this blog now that you have enabled the network. I dug around in my .htaccess for ages only to find this simple step solved it.
Thanks for getting that across. I've removed that post for security's sake regarding the wp-config file (I should have mentioned to mask the user and password). Here's the contents of the htaccess you posted though, for reference.

Hi Linhares Junior,
Could you check your wp-config and htaccess files to make sure they have the changes reflected in your Network Admin page under Settings > Network Setup ?
Also, the following guide might help you find any points you may have missed in the setup process.
http://premium.wpmudev.org/wpmu-manual/creating-a-network-to-enable-wordpress-multisite/
If you could double-check these things, it would definitely help us get to the bottom of this issue. :)
Cheers,
David

Hi Linhares Junior and welcome back! :)
If you can post your wp-config.php file and htaccess file we could check them against default ones. I'm rather sure that's where the trouble resides.
Cheers,
David

You can see from the source that the site is looking for the CSS at http://www.karthaz.com/pascal/wp-content/themes/twentyten/style.css which you'll notice doesn't exist.
If that doesn't work posting your .htaccess as @DavidM suggests would be great.

Thanks for replying!
Attached are the wp-config.php file and htaccess file.
I have done what Daneglerum suggested, but no success.
Thanks again for the support!

Hello, David
Beginners mistake, I guess, I'm sorry for the trouble.
Can you see any problem, after seeing the files?
Thanks again!

Hi Linhares Junior,
Sorry for that! I meant to paste the following as well. Can you go ahead and paste the following in place of your current htaccess?
Cheers!
