Any one have any idea why the Visual Editor would not show up for my users blogs, but it works under the admin. I've turned on/off all of the plugins already no change..

Sorry to ask this but it's often the problem... have you made sure that the users have the visual editor option enabled on their profile?

I must have accidentally set that to no on new blog creation.
