I added some content into Admin Help Content a day or two ago and it was working fine. Today, the tab pulls down a little and stops as if there is no content. I checked settings, and the content is still there. I tried with several browsers.
I've only been working on the theme and the latest 3 or so automatic plugin updates.

Hi Christopher,
First thing you need to do is de-activate all other plugins and switch to TwentyTen theme to see if you still get the same issue.
If you don't, it's either the theme you're using or another plugin interfering.
Let me know how you get on!
