But in the meantime we're trying to embed videos we can access but get an "Access Denied" message on our site. We've added our domain name to the Support Videos API section, are we missing a step?
What kind of response time should we expect, btw, it seems like days or weeks is the norm now... :(

You didn't address our issue with embedded videos showing a "Access Denied" error. We're able to embed a video into a page, but if we attempt to embed a video into a non-wordpress page (a smarty template page) in our WHMCS support area, we get an "Access Denied" Error ....
So embeds are protected by checking the referred header sent by the browser who is viewing the video. Has nothing to do with what technology hosts the site.
Whatever page has the embed code on it needs to be registered. If your site is videos.mysite.com the you need to have either videos.mysite.com or the root domain mysite.com registered.
One other catch to keep in mind is if the page you're embedding on is https you need to make sure the URL in the embed code starts with https as well due to browser security issues. This is detailed on the API page.
I am not using https and am having the same issue. The video does not appear at all in WHMCS (actually) the code disappears after pasting it as if it is invalid or something. When pasting on a regular wordpress page I get access denied.
Not sure what WHMCS is, but you need the unfiltered_html ability in WP to paste and iframe in the html tab. In mulstisite that only super admin, in WP it's only admin.
When pasting on a regular wordpress page I get access denied.
