What are good configuration settings to make W3 Total Cache (or any other caching plugin, for that matter) play nice with BuddyPress?
BuddyPress.org codex page directs us to this not-so-useful-thread:
And here's a not-so-helpful blog article on this topic by someone:
http://bp-tricks.com/featured/the-perfect-cdn-setup-for-buddypress-using-maxcdn-and-w3-total-cache/
You'll notice that at the end of each of these comment threads, I've asked for help to no avail.
So I figured it was time to turn to my "Being a WPMU DEV member is like having your own WordPress development team" people.
HELP?! What are good configuration settings to make W3 Total Cache (or any other caching plugin, for that matter) play nice with BuddyPress?!

Hey there!
We have an older thread on this:
http://premium.wpmudev.org/forums/topic/buddypress-multisite-cache-plugin-recommendation
Looks like Quick Cache is the winner there. There are both MS and Buddypress users on that particular thread.
At at the bottom of this article the W3 Total Caching developer himself states that there will be optimization for Buddypress, that was some time ago
http://wpmu.org/maximize-wordpress-and-buddypress-performance-with-w3-total-cache/
And here is some info on optomizing your BP install and using Hyper Cache
http://www.buddyboss.com/buddypress-speed-and-performance/
Perhaps some of our more experienced members that have solved this issue for themselves will comment as well :)
I'm sure everyone has different preferences and fixes
Done a bit of digging and can't find anything on BuddyPress specific settings for W3 Total Cache, seems most folks like it out of the box. The minify setting is also popular for Ms and BP installs.
Best,
Kimberly
