Hello:
Where are the configuration options that correspond to the graphic: /wp-content/themes/blogs-mu/_inc/images/banner.png
1) How Can I just turn it off?
2) Is it a placeholder for advertising?

Hiya Mark,
To replace or remove this image from the theme head to Theme Options>Services and scroll down to "You can insert a 728 x 90 banner ads here". Whatever you put here will be what appears on the site.
*Hint* If you don't want anything here, try just hitting the space bar in this text field. A blank space will then be used - effectively making the whole area disappear.

Thank you. That did it.
I don't feel dunce... typing a space in that box was far from obvious for me. Hopefully this post will make it easier...
