I've added several custom fields for the registration page. Problem is, I don't know where it's storing this information, or how to view it. This is pretty urgent! Can anyone help?

Hi,
I have just given a screenshot for an example in another thread. Please see note at the bottom of the post:

Thanks, but I'm not sure this is what I'm looking for. I need to verify that the additional custom fields I've added to the register page are being saved to the database. And if not, they need to be.
I installed a plugin called "Database Peek". None of the extra fields I've added are showing up. Please help!

Hi,
I've installed this Database Peek, but I couldn't understand the connection with custom fields.
If you need to add a custom field to a page, the Wordpress post editor which I gave the screenshot before is sufficient. You don't need to use that plugin for that.
If you save a custom field and after refreshing the page you see the saved value, it means it is saved. If not, then it means you have another problem. So can't you see these values there?
But if you are trying to make a cross check using the plugin, then you need to look in postmeta table. Post_id is the ID of the page you are saving the custom fields for.

Thanks Hakan. I actually was able to find the data using the Database Peek plug in. I was afraid the custom fields weren't being saved, but they are.
Now I just need a good way to export the data for my client. I found a link to this plugin, but haven't tried it yet.
It would be really great if the custom fields were added to the user's account within the main wordpress dashboard! If there's a plug in for that, or a simple way for a non-programmer like myself to achieve this, please let me know.
Thanks for your help!

Hello tfullen,
I am not sure if I found what you are looking for but I came across a post here and kind of liked it and thought you would love to view it one.
Also, did you get to try the bp user export plugin ?
Please advise us on the latest updates on this issue.
Cheers
