In the plugin settings and in your whmcs general settings make sure all the urls for your whmcs installation point to the https like this https://www.moonworks.co.uk/store/
Once you have done that go to the plugin files via ftp and you will see a cache dir within the whmcs integration dir. Make permissions for that 777 and you should be good to go.

Just checking to see if you have a separate installation of WHMCS somewhere that you are connecting to?
Also, you should be using the default theme for the portal, or it won't work :)
