I was wondering if anyone had a suggestion for a really good full page photo gallery for Wordpress? I have a new potential client that is looking for this feature for her photography portfolio.

Actually many gallery plugins have lightbox effets etc.. (so full page)
Did you checked wordpress plugin directory? (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/search.php?q=gallery)
Maybe nextGen work for you (very popular gallery plugin) - http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/nextgen-gallery/
