I don't know if its possible, but I'd like a plugin that allowed the admin to be able to edit plugins, edit themes, download themes, etc.. like on regular wordpress installs.
I know these options are just commented out in the code, but every time I upgrade wpmu I have to go back and edit the code, it would be better to have a plugin be able to manage this for me.

Not that I'm aware of considering those are hardcoded end statements and not checks of some sort within the code.
