WP3.0 and BP 1.2.5.2 install. The 10 introductory videos were available a few weeks ago but they don't show up on either on my sites now. I can embed videos on posts and pages so why these aren't showing up is a mystery wrapped in an enigma for me.

Hi Ricky,
Yeah, I can confirm that this is an issue on the screencast side of things. I've tagged James on this and we'll have an update on it soon. Thanks for reporting it!
drmike
I was getting a 404 on it earlier today as well but i changed some things up and it's working just fine for me now. Perhaps you're getting a cached version?
Whatever the case I'm glad to know the video issues were not of my own doing and I'm waiting to hear back from James or Mason as to the resolution from screencast.
Just to point out, you shouldn't have 10 videos on a single page in case that is what you are doing. Embeds load the player each and every time into the browser which causes a large spike in memory usage.
@drmike
This is weird. When I'm logged into the site I get to that URL just fine, but when I'm logged out of the site it's a 404 error? I turned off super-cache and still get on error when logged out, any idea.

@drmike & @omgitsrfb,
The thing is, I have a site with a support videos page that has about 5 of the videos embedded. Right now the page loads up correctly and displays the text and other elements, but the videos don't seem to be loading. If it was one particular install, I'd say it might be a local problem, but since I can confirm the issue I believe there's an issue on our end or with Screencast.

Shouldn;t be as this was the first time I accessed it. Still a 404. It is being redirected though to a Post:

Thanks for the tip about the videos.

Just noticed that I had accidentally deleted it's parent category. Could that be what's causing this issue?

Hi Guys,
My bad! I let our screencast pro subscription expire.... tralala... have renewed it now so all videos should be back :)
Cheers, James

No chocolate for James today. :)
I'm still against having multiple videos or embeds on a single page though. I do see the videos fine now though.
