Hi Chuck,
The changelog does note that one of the recent updates was for WP 3.3 and BP 1.5.2 compatibility, but I'm pretty sure that compatibility still allows for backward compatibility.
I can't see any reason, right off, that there would be any issues using it with WP 3.2. Perhaps you could give that a try?

all 3 themes had been updated to compatible with WordPress 3.3+ and BuddyPress 1.5+
