Allows users to upload an avatar and resize/crop it. Avatars are displayed in the sidebar via a widget and also in many other Premium plugins. Please note that this particular plugin is no longer being developed. The new Avatars plugin can be found here: http://premium.wpmudev.org/project/Avatars
