This video introduces users to:

  • how to navigate to the links manager
  • how to move into the editor for an individual link
  • how to alter the text, URL, description and categories for a link

Simply embed it by grabbing the code and following the instructions on the ‘Installation and Use Instruction‘ tab.

And here’s some info about editing links that you can use to complement your videos — if you like!

Editing a link is as simple as:

1.  Go to Links > Links

2.  Hover your mouse over the link you want to edit.

3.  Click on Edit.

4.  Update the link information and click Update Link.

Usage

To embed our unbranded support videos into your sites, you must first register their domains on our Support Video API page here.

To Embed:

1. Register your domains on our Support Video API page here.

  • Otherwise the embed code will return an error message.

2. Now download the text file which contains the embed code.

3. Copy the embed code from the text file.

4. Completely write your post or page including adding title, text, images, tags and categories.

5. Click on Save Draft, previewed your post / page and make all necessary edits.

6. Now click on the HTML tab to switch to the HTML editor and then paste the video embed code.

5. Click Publish.
