Pay-to-Blog lets you charge users to set up blogs at your WordPress Multisite installation.

Once uploaded, you simply visit Network Admin > Settings > Pay to Blog, enter your PayPal email address and set an amount that you'd like to charge users to get started for 1 month, 3 months or a year.

After registering, the user will go to log in to their account and see the following:

Once the period runs out, they get to pay again.

The currency you charge in, and the message that you set at the top of the 'Inactive' screen are all simply configurable from the plugin.
