This really is an amazing plugin as it allows you to set any number of rules to decide where you want to show ads - or, in fact, any piece of content - on your site and allows you to control these rules via site admin.

This is a modified version of the brilliant Who Sees Ads plugin by Ozh to work with WPMU and specifically with Farms '100 big ones' theme pack.

Who Sees Ads is an advanced ad management plugin that lets you decide who will see your ads, depending on user defined conditions. The association of an ad and these conditions is called a context: a set of circumstances you define, that will eventually display or not an ad. For instance, you could consider the following criteria: Is the visitor a regular reader? Does this visitor come from a search engine? Is the visitor currently reading an old post, or something fresh?

Create contexts and visually order rules so that they fit your logic. The ad behavior, Display or Don't Display, is determined by the first ruled that is matched. If no rule is matched, nothing displays.

This plugin takes an immense amount of work to keep this operational and working just fine for WPMU - which is why it's here, we'll be donating a bug chunk of membership fees to Ozh as a result.
