Detail

Boost your business with the only effective WordPress affiliate plugin on the web.

WordPress Affiliate integrates perfectly with our Pro Sites and Membership plugins, and so allows you to offer your visitors and users the chance to share in the profit from promoting your site.

And you can even use Affiliate with any regular WordPress, BuddyPress or Multisite installation – or adapt it for any other payment gateway, with ease.

The plugin allows any user registered at your site to simply become and affiliate by filling in their PayPal email.

They are then given a link, for example, http://premium.pmudev.org/?ref=admin-63 which they can then use to promote the site.

WordPress affiliate plugin

Yep, that’s right, we use the very same plugin here at WPMU DEV… that’s how good it is :)

All of the unique clicks they attract, standard sign-ups and paid sign-ups are then tracked by the plugin and displayed – oh so nicely – to the user and yourself.

And what do we mean by a paid sign up – well as I mentioned it integrates 100% with Membership & Supporter so that when a free user decides to become a supporter… that’s where the money is earned!

Here it is in action:

And there’s a dashboard widget too:

Not to mention the ability to simply (again, no code required) give your affiliates their own banners:

As well as other features that allow users to use regular old links… which you can then track via referral marking so noone ever knows they are an affiliate… sneaky huh!

WordPress Affiliate as an Ad Management System

This plugin also functions as an ad management system to help you track the effectiveness of your advertising with all of the same reports as you receive for affiliates.  You can use it for one or the other or both ads and affiliates in combination, without having to make any hacks to it.

In the case of an affiliate, you’re looking to see X number of referrals and y number of paid signups. When using it as an ad management system you can easily track the same information for the ads you’re placing. Simply enter a fake paypal email address that identifies the type and location of you’re placing and then you’re set to go. You can even offer a login for these ads so that the person hosting them can check to see how well they’re doing.  The flexibility of this plugin allows you to easily track and manage ads and affiliates all in the same place!

Membership Integration

You can find the Affiliate > Membership integration plugin here.

Affiliate reports

Here you have the option of exporting payments and marking transactions as paid.

Manage affiliates

Here you can search through the affiliate users to pull up reports on each affiliate and their performance.

Underneath the affiliate’s username you will be able to click on ‘Manage Affiliate’ which will pull up the reports for the affiliate.

In the reporting module you would also be able to debit and credit the user account, and set payment on account.

You have the following add-ons available:

Affiliate Cookie Days

To set the amount of days that you want affiliate tracking to take place, you can do so by adding the following code to your wp-config.php file within your root WordPress install.

define('AFFILIATE_COOKIE_DAYS',45);

Shortcodes

Besides full access to the Affiliates Plugin features in the Admin Panel, you can use any of the following shortcodes within your posts or pages to provide front-end access as well.

[affiliatelogincheck] – place this at the top of the page that you are planning on using the rest of the shortcodes on and it will display a login message if the user isn’t logged in.
[affiliateuserdetails] – mirrors the affiliate details form from the admin area (yellow box)
[affiliatestatstable] – mirrors the large click statistics table
[affiliatevisitstable] – mirrors the referrers this month table
[affiliatetopvisitstable] – mirrors the top referrers table
[affiliatestatschart] – mirrors the main statistics charts
[affiliatevisitschart] – mirrors the referrers charts

If the user isn’t logged in then none of the shortcodes will output anything (except for the top one).
