Can I use your plugins / themes after my membership has expired?
Yes, absolutely. Our plugins and themes are all available under the GPL 2 license so you can use, and modify, them to your hearts content for as many projects as you like.
However, you won’t have access to upgraded versions of the plugins or themes, help or support, the Anti Splog API, WPMU DEV Manuals or the other resources available on WPMU DEV.
Will your plugins and themes be compatible with the next release of WordPress / WPMU / BuddyPress?
Yes, absolutely. We’re committed to providing upgrades to all of our plugins and themes as soon as is possible following… or even before.. a new release of WordPress, WPMU or BuddyPress.

Can you do some development work for me?
We generally only engage on development work for very large / corporate clients such as established internet corporations and media groups, as part of the Incsub consultancy and development agency. If you are looking to engage us, we only recommend that you do so if your overall project budget is in excess of USD100k.
For smaller work we strongly recommend you consider using WPMU Jobs – WPMU DEV members can post an unlimited number of projects and there are some great development firms and individuals listed in the profiles… all of whom are current WPMU DEV members.
Can you recommend a developer?
I’m afraid that we can’t provide any recommendations besides taking a look at WPMU Jobs.
How do I best get support for these problems that I’m having?
We provide support at WPMU DEV via the WPMU DEV Forums and our Live Support sessions.
Also, we have a great range of manuals and instructional material, including The Beginners Manual, The Installation Maunal, The BuddyPress Manual, The Themes Manual and The Plugins Manual
Do you provide any free or discounted memberships?
I’m afraid not, although we do often have competitions which you can find about by following us on Twitter and/or subscribing to WPMU.org where we give away free annual memberships!
Also, if you do become a member, you’ll find that it’s really easy to make back your entire membership fee and more as a WPMU DEV affiliate, so check that out too.
How do I cancel my membership?
We’re sorry to see you go… please do let us know if there’s anything we can do to persuade you to stay :)
However, if you’ve gotta cancel you’ve gotta cancel, and you can do so by logging into PayPal and following these steps.
