Description:
I am using WPMU to run a multi-blog site for a single company. I want all registered users to be able to post to any blog, whether it is in existence at the time they register or not. Blogs are set up by a system admin, not by users. What I don't want to do is have to add users to each individual blog (there will be about 30). So a single registration should make them a contributor (is that the right level for someone to make blog posts?) to every blog on the site. Either that, or I just need the idea of a single common permissions set across the entire site to which users can still self-register. If a new blog is created it should by default inherit the same user permissions also. It would be good however, if any given blog could choose to 'opt out' of this and use its own unique set of permissions. e.g. for the master blog, we might choose not to make this post-able. Budget: This is part of a wider set of work for which the overall budget is 2500USD. This is the only part on which the requirements are 100% clear, and is a significant piece of work in the context of what else needs doing, but probably not the biggest.
