We have a custom plugin we've developed recently. There are 2 versions of the current plugin, one being the free version you get when you setup a MU site and currently works fine.. and a pro version that we would like setup on our system to work via the "premium" pay plugin we installed from WPMU. This integration would need to be able enable the pro version for the enduser who has purchased use of it. The pro version is fully functional when installed as a standard plugin, unfortunately we are having difficulties having it work with the premium pay plugin.
