WPMU DEV Ranks 2nd in Nicereply Customer Service Awards 2014

When it comes to helping our members we aim to please, so we were delighted to discover we came second at the recent Nicereply Customer Happiness Awards 2014.

Overall, WPMU DEV received the second highest rating average in the world, just behind cloud-based accounting software service Freshbooks.

Head of Support Tim Bowers said it was an honor to receive the award, which aims to promote customer service teams that deliver an unique experience for their customers and users.

“My team works really hard to create positive experiences for our members and this recognition shows us we’re heading in the right direction,” Tim said.

“As a team, when we spot a common issue we’ll get together, talk it through, make a plan on what we need to do differently next time and then enact it.”

Tim himself received a perfect score of 10, as well as some fantastic feedback from members:

“Tim responded to my request in about 25 seconds (probably less) and forwarded the email I sent to the developer. Awesome.” – Member response.

“Our team loves receiving great feedback from our members. It’s those kind words that make our jobs much more enjoyable and push us to be better and better,” he said.

“In the last few years, we’ve gone from a company with a staff of less than 20, to now 50+ and we’re still recruiting today thanks to the many thousands of loyal members who love our staff and our service.”

A big thank-you goes out to all our members for the great comments and feedback you’ve given during 2014. We’re looking forward to even more in 2015!”
