Hi - I have been browsing the support site for hours but I can't seem to find a problem identical to mine.

I have an SSL certificate (single domain only) and I have installed on my main site (multisite install).

I tried forcing it to use https:// - it does on the main site, but it is also forcing all mapped domains to https://

Does anyone have some tips how to force SSL on main site, and leave all mapped domains using http://

Thanks.

    Hi Bloggista,

Hope you are well and thanks for the question!

You could try adding some rules to the .htaccess file.

    This is an example:

    RewriteEngine On
    RewriteCond %{HTTPS} off
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !^/site
    RewriteRule (.*) https://%{HTTP_HOST}%{REQUEST_URI} [L,R=301]

That will exclude http://www.domain.com/site from the HTTPS.

Can you share more info and links about what do you want to be included in HTTPS and what not, and we will able to give you more accurate solution.

    Thanks,
    Ivan
