    Hi Claudia,

    I tried accessing your server via the details that you provided to Nastia over chat but I was unable to do so because connection kept timing out, do you have any FTP protection that could be blocking me from accessing it?

    I also see that you have added code in wp-config.php to enable debug log, can you also add below code in addition to that to enable logging our API errors if there are any:

    define('WPMUDEV_API_DEBUG', true);
    define('WPMUDEV_API_DEBUG_ALL', true);

    After that try disabling your non WPMU DEV plugins and switch to default WP theme and perform another update process and see if works.

    If the issue is still there please rename debug.log to debug.txt and attach it here so we can check it out, and grant support access to your site.
