John http://www.ChronicPainPartners.com
Still having problems with 404 login lockouts I have 46 this week!
Two emails form users who are getting locked out?
How do I fix this?

    Hello John

    Hope all is well!

You can increase Lockout Threshold in the Defender > IP Lockouts > 404 Detection. The default number of 404 pages that user can open within 300 seconds is 20 pages.

Please try to double Lockout Threshold, set it 40 and see if the issue will be resolved. Also if you know that there are certain pages that lead to 404 from your site, you can whitelist these in Whitelist filed, from Defender > IP Lockouts > 404 Detection.

If the issue still persists, please grant access to your site from WPMU DEV > Support so we could have a closer look. Let us know when you do!

    Cheers,
    Nastia
