500 error trying to install wpmu plugins from dashboard

Hello, when I try to do the 1 click install of plugins in the wpmu dashboard I get a 500 server error bar that pops up. Is this a hosting issue or a wpmu bug?

    Hello Kyle

    Hope you are doing well!

    I can't replicate the same issue on my end, this looks like it can be a conflict with another plugin because there are JS errors that pointing to Ajax in the developer console:
    POST admin-ajax.php 500 (Internal Server Error)

    Please run a quick check for a conflict with another plugin or theme.

    Deactivate all other plugins and test if the if plugins can be installed. If everything is well, activate one plugin at a time to find the one that causes this.

    Follow the steps from the flowchart:

    If the same error will persist, while all the other plugins are deactivated, please enable WordPress debugging mode. Place the following to the wp-config.php file:

    define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );

    Make sure that you insert this line above /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */ in the wp-config.php file. Try to install a plugin again from the WPMU DEV menu. This way all errors will be saved in the debug.log file inside the /wp-content/ directory.

    Please upload the debug.log file here.

    Looking forward to your reply!

    Kind regards,
    Nastia
