    Thank you for the reminder, it is appreciated.

    I have looked over that ticket and I can see you were working with the developer.

    This below is a tip on the ticket system and how it works, not a criticism:

    I will look into it further after this ticket and I am also currently hosting chat, super multi tasking, but I could see that you were replying to the ticket, and though we both know you were just trying to get someones eye back on it, the problem arises that the ticket system will acknowledge the ticket has been replied to and move it in the que as none aging - therefore it actually delaying a reply. It does not matter who replied it acknowledges it as a reply.

    It is true though that on very rare occasion a ticket does get buried in the system and we don't see it.

    I should be able to check out that ticket now.
