A subscription payment was processed but the site is not accessable

I initially had a client subscribed as manual payments and then he put his credit card info into ProSites. Today was the subscription renewal period and the payment was processed but the site is not accessible. I noticed that there was an email sent to him telling him to cancel his manual payment subscription but that never happened.

How do I get the site back up and running on the auto subscription without my client being required to re-enter his credit card info?
