I am using the latest Support System plugin as well as the latest ProSites plugin and I noticed my test site has access to the support system when it shouldn't. I have the support system network activated along with prosites, prosites is setup to only allow access to the support system if you are using a paid plan. If I access the support system from the upgrade flyout box it denies me from access it, as it should. But further down in the menu in the main support flyout I am able to submit tickets with no problem. I have included these screen shots to show you.
