Add class to elements

Is there any code snippet that could help to add a class to multiple other classes or ids?

    Hello lesanis,

    Thank you for your question.

In order to help you better, I need to better understand what it is you are wanting to accomplish.

Are you wanting to dynamically append a CSS class to an HTML elements (div, span, h1, etc.) that already has a class or id defined?

If so, what are the criteria for dynamically appending the class? Is it based on page, category, tag, or some other qualifier?

It's important to note that an HTML element should only have one id associated with it.

If you are just wanting to modify your theme's classes and ids by adding/appending your own classes, it's a pretty simple matter to do through your theme's templates.

In either case, please make a child theme (if you aren't already using a child theme) before making any changes and only copy over the theme files you need to modify. To learn more about child themes, please see the following link:

Please reply with a little more about what you are wanting to do and I'll be happy to help you.

    Best regards,

    James Morris
