Re the Support System, I see that you can select a single response to create a new FAQ. What would be cool is if you could select with a little checkbox in the corner of each response within a ticket the responses that were relevant to use several to form the FAQ rather than one response one FAQ.
Currently it is a manual process to copy and paste content but in reality a FAQ needs two parts, the original question and the amazing response. Yet I can only pick a question or a single response and I have to then go back to get the rest.
