    Hey @iwritten,

    Hope you're doing well today :slight_smile:

    Your .htaccess content looks correct and doesn't seem like cause of the issue.

    I would suggest checking out if there are any plugin conflicts by disabling all plugins on your site.

    This is also known to happen because of strict caching, so if you have any caching plugins make sure to clear the cache before disabling the plugin, and check if there is any server side caching that could be causing this.

    Some users reported that they were able to resolve it by adding this to wp-config.php:
    define( 'CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS', false );

    Let us know if any above suggestions worked or we need to dig deeper into this one :slight_smile:

    Best regards,

    Thanks for your reply.

    Sorry, I forgot to include some crucial details.

    This is a clean install of WordPress 4.2.3 with no plugins (not even Akismet or Hello Dolly) and no customization. I only leave the three default themes: twentythirteen, twentyfourteen and twentyfifteen.

    In case there is something specific to the hosting, I am installing on a network solutions hosting platform.

    However, for this particular issue your suggestion to add

    define( 'CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS', false ); to wp-config.php worked a charm.

    Styling is now applied to the dashboard on all sites. I added another one just to confirm.

    Thanks very much for your prompt and valuable support!

    All the best,
