Add Non-Admin (Editor, Author, etc) to tickets

Good Evening,

I'm running the support plugon on NON-Network website (I know there's an issue on network websites with not being able to assign tickets to NonSuperAdmin accounts).

On this website there's one admin (me) and one Editor (so basically all funcionality and access except admin stuff. I've specified in the support settings that editors can see tickets however I do not get the option to assign a ticket to the Editor even though he does see the support section and open tickets (but he does not see any tickets within it).
