Adding a message to the end of blog posts

Hello,
URL: http://yourtechadvisors.com/2015/05/27/top-recommended-websites/
I would like to add a custom message about how to get support at the end of my posts with an awesome button to attract peoples attention. The problem is my starter code is not working out. I have placed the code directly under the php that is outputting the post content and directly before the closing div for post content. The problem is plugins have hooked in to this class to putting my message under the sharing and related posts plugins. Is there anyway I can insert the content above these plugins outputted content?

Here is the code in content.php.

<?php
