Adding & editing required fields in Appointments+

How one can manage adding/editing extra fields in appointments+
There are already the fields for name, phone number and email, but how add a field for age, social security number,...

    Welcome to the WPMU Dev community and thank you for your question.

    You can add extra fields in appointments+ by activating "Additional fields" appointments+ add-on from the following path.

    Admin -> Appointments -> Settings -> Add-ons Tab

    After activating this add-on, you can create additional fields from the following path as displayed in the attached screenshot.

    Admin -> Appointments -> Settings -> General Tab -> Display Settings
