Adding New Access Level is Failing


I am running the most recent version of Membership 2.1.2 with a WP Multisite installation 3.2.1.

I am trying to add access levels.

Currently I go to the Access Levels menu and click Add New. After entering a title for my level and then selecting my options (currently only Category in the Positive rules), I click Add to create the level. Once this is complete I get the “Membership Level Added” message but no level is actually created.

I checked to make sure that I just hadn’t forgotten to activate them, but nothing is ever created.

    Sorry you’re experiencing trouble with the access levels, there’s a couple things that would help to check on first off though. Were you previously using Membership Lite? If so, could you please verify that’s deactivated and uninstalled?

    Also, there’s a Membership Verify and Repair tool at Membership > Add-ons. If you could please activate that, then go through the verify and repair options at Membership > Repair Membership, that’ll help us to know the database is in proper condition.
