Additional Fields Not Working Properly in Events+

I have been attempting to collect additional registration info. from users using the additional fields add-on in the Events+ plugin, however, it is not working. I understand from reading other threads that the fields are meant to display after a user has logged in to register for a particular event. I have all the social network logins verified and credentials added and everything is working properly there as I am able to register myself for the event with no trouble. However, everytime I try and do this, none of the additional fields I have created popup at all. It simply says that I have been registered and that I need to pay. I even exported the RSVP list and although the columns for the additional field info. are in the CSV file, the fields are all populated with "N/A."

I need this to work as I am designing this website for a freelance client. Your prompt response would be much appreciated!
