Admin Controlled Attendance Plugin

Im looking for a plugin for a non-profit that will just let the admin have events made and a list of all the users on the site that have made an account so that the admin can sign them in and out for attending events and this also needs to be documented for tracking the attendance.

I've done hours of research and can't find anything that gets the job done. Any help would be appreciated.

Also i can't give access to the site since its a non-profit that I'm working for.

    Hello Austin,

    I think with bit of custom coding you can use Events+ https://premium.wpmudev.org/project/events-plus/ plugin - its has option to manually add attendees to event by admin when editing event

    its a place where you can paste user email and it will be added to attendees list instantly. You can also export those lists for each event.

    Custom coding part would be for front end - to hide options for RSVP - so only admins will be able to do that, and not logged in users.
