Admin Help Content Add Sub-site URL without PHP

Hi,

Just playing with Admin Help Content.

Is it possible to allow network owners to insert a short code that will return the network sub-site base url?

It would also be cool if they click the link, that help remembers it is in the middle of a help tutorial and reopens and resumes to the same tute.

Hope that makes sense.

Cheers,

Johnny

    Hello again Johnny,

Is it possible to allow network owners to insert a short code that will return the network sub-site base url?

Well, out of the box this is not possible. The only way I can see this work is if you do some custom coding... Basically create a new php file on your server that will get the current URL and strip the /wp-admin/* from it. Then, return that URL in a link so you can add it as an iframe on your help content.
The problem is that the help content accepts HTML, but nothing dynamic like PHP, so I can't think of any other way to make this work!

    Cheers,
    Ari.
