Admin notification emails when using auto confirmation

We want to use the auto confirmation feature, but also receive notification emails when an appointment is made. What settings make this happen?

    Thank you for your question.

    Have you tried setting “Send Confirmation email” to “Yes” in the Appointments notification settings on the following path?

    Admin area -> Appointments -> Settings -> General tab -> Notification Settings -> Send Confirmation email

    Hi Vinod,

    Yes, this is set to yes, but I still don’t receive the notifications. Is any WordPress admin supposed to receive them or do I set this also somewhere? I would appreciate any help. The client gets the confirmation, but the admin does not.

    Hello there Lisa,

    Thanks for posting back. Sorry about the delay here.

    It does send a notification to the client as well as admin.

    If that is not happening on your site, there might be an issue with the settings.

    It should be configured under

    Appointments >> Settings >> General >> Notification Settings
