Advice on making Ultimate Facebook work seamlessly with a fully custom login modal

I'm trying to build a fully customized login modal and am going to use the ultimate facebook plugin - what hooks/actions do I need to include in the php in order for the plugin to continue to function? I'm using the code from http://digwp.com/2010/12/login-register-password-code/ as my base and am not good enough with php to do this from scratch on my own but since I'm using more or less this exact functionality it seemed ok. I havent implemented it on a site yet as I'm still building out the containing modal window element and styling it so my apologies if it works fine and I just haven't gotten there..

attached is the final general layout I'm looking to wire up

    Hey @teamgrizzly

    Welcome to the Community!

    I believe you are trying to create a custom Login form / maybe a pop-up form?

    You could use our shortcode for the Facebook registration like this:

    echo do_shortcode("[wdfb_connect]");

    You could also use this for the Facebook button, but Ve (our awesome developer) recommends that you go for the shortcode first:

    do_action('login_form')

    I hope this helps. Good luck!
