Affiliate Banners Doesn't Show Up as an Active Option in the WP Menu

Hi:

I installed the Affiliates plugin into my site, but I cannot see the Affiliate Banners in the Menu list on the right. I'd like to add banners for members who signup to be affiliates. Can someone help me with activating and using Affiliate Banners that is suppose to be available with the plugin.
